Bosinar, established in 2006, is dedicated to innovation, research and development, and global sales of premium sanitary products. Our team includes experienced R&D and sales professionals, many with over 20 years of industry expertise.
Our capabilities span the full production process, including product and mold design, mold making, copper forging, welding, gravity casting,zinc alloy die-casting, precision machining, surface treatment of copper stage follows strict quality control standards to ensure reliability and durability.
● Established a branch called EDD-SARL in West Africa in 2015 (in the Ivory Coast);
● established a powder coating plating factory.
● Rated as an industrial company above designated scale enterprise in 2019.
● Acquired environmental pollution discharge permit in 2021, and established a PVD plating factory.
● In 2022, the ORB production equipment was introduced, marking a new level of advancement in our surface treatment process.

In the processing section, professional machine tools and tools are used to finely cut, drill, and polish the materials to ensure that the components have accurate dimensions and smooth edges to meet the assembly requirements.
4.Polished Surface

5.Electroplated
Plating on the surface of hardware and sanitary ware products to form a metal cladding, enhance corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, increase the luster and beauty, and extend the service life.
6.Assembled
Assembling the parts will be spliced according to the design requirements,to ensure that the connection is firm and functional, so that the appearance of the product is coordinated and comfortable to use.
7.quality assurance (QA)
In thQuality inspection through the water test,appearance, size, performance and other multi-project testing, combined with instrumental analysis and trial, strict control of product quality to ensure compliance with standards.
8.packaging
Packaging is designed according to the product characteristics, using multi-layer protection, accompanied by instructions and other information to ensure the safety of product transportation and information integrity.
